Service Completion and Turnaround

All Iowa Shoe & Leather Repair provides estimated completion times for each repair service. While we aim to meet those estimates, some complex repairs may take longer. You will be notified of any delays in advance. Services are considered delivered once the repaired item has been returned to you or picked up in-store.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the customized and labor-intensive nature of shoe and leather repair services, **all completed services are non-refundable** once performed. If you wish to cancel your service request, you may do so **within 24 hours of order placement**, provided work has not yet begun. If you cancel after work has started, you may be charged a partial fee based on labor and materials used up to that point.

Customer Satisfaction & Remakes

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your repair, please contact us within **7 days of receiving the item**. We will assess the issue and, if the fault lies with our workmanship or materials, we will offer a free redo or adjustment. Proof of purchase and original service documentation may be required.

Non-Refundable Cases
  • Services that have been completed as requested and delivered
  • Customer dissatisfaction based on subjective preference (e.g., color tone, style choice) when the service was executed correctly
  • Items damaged after repair due to misuse or improper care
Shipping and Handling

Customers are responsible for inbound shipping costs unless otherwise specified in a special promotion. If a return is approved due to service error, outbound reshipping costs will be covered by All Iowa Shoe & Leather Repair.
